Biancalani AIRBOX is a continuous open-width (pre)dryer, designed to work as a stand-alone unit or connected in line with other machines. IDRA is the textile finishing machine with independent channels designed to independently wash and mill woollen fabrics of different compositions. Biancalani IDRA overcomes typical milling problems in woollen fabrics, such as overall variable lengths and the natural, uneven reaction of the fabric to the treatment itself. In the different IDRA channels it is possible to load fabrics of varying composition, length and weight because the parameters used in each individual channel do not influence those of the others. In fact the greatest innovation in the IDRA is that each channel is completely independent, so each will complete its pre-programmed cycle automatically, while the others will continue to operate until their own milling cycle reaches its conclusion, allowing the milling of different woollen fabrics independently. Biancalani MILLA is the combined washing and milling machine for all kind of woolen fabrics, woven or knitted. This modern combined milling and washing machine offers a unique hand of the woollen fabric thanks to the mechanical effect of natural permanent compaction. MILLA is fitted with an automatic water-steam mixing system which makes it possible to heat the water to the right temperature (controlled by the PLC) while it is being introduced into the vat. Furthermore, a steam distributor located on the internal basin heats the water which drips there from the fabric before it is returned into the vat, thus maintaining the desired temperature.
