PRODUCTION OF ULTRAPURE WATER TYPE I AND II REAGENT GRADE. Today in many analytical procedures of research laboratory the increasingly frequent use of water at the highest degree of purity is required. TKA produces 3 different systems that provide respectively 50 type II, 300 and 700 liters/day of ultrapure water type 1. They are integrated systems that can be directly connected to the drinking water network providing reagent water at low cost. The extremely pure water supplied by the ROS systems is used for IC, HPLC, AA; cell cultures, fluorescence analysis etc. All versions are complete with tank and allow you to have at your disposal significant volumes of ultrapure water (0.5 l/ minute). The ROS systems are equipped with a double digital conductivity meter with double reading that allows you to monitor both the quality of the incoming water and the water produced. Automatic analyzers Elisa "open system" table with single needle or 2 needles that use disposable plastic tips. We produce 3 different models that differ in the number of plates that can be treated simultaneously. Each analyzer is equipped with: automatic pipetting unit, 8-channel plate washing unit, micro-plate reading unit, independent incubation and stirring unit for each micro-plate. Each instrument can use up to 3 different washing liquids, each placed in a tank equipped with a level sensor and acoustic alarm that signals the lack of liquid. Analyzers can perform up to 12 different ELISA/EIA protocols in the same work session. A barcode reader for sample identification can be installed on board upon request. Floor 'open system' analyzers with 8-channel dispensing unit using interchangeable plastic tips of different volume to optimize dispensing accuracy and accuracy. Depending on the programmed volume, the management software selects and uses the corresponding tip type. A particular unit allows the movement of the micro-plates inside the worktop. We produce 4 different systems equipped with barcode reader for sample tubes. Each instrument is equipped with 2 independent and programmable incubation and stirring units. 2 or + integrated washing units allow the execution of the washing cycle on micro-plates at the same time. Vertical autoclave from floor to automatic and programmable sterilization cycle with a capacity of 55/95/140 Lt. The external structure is made of fire-coated stainless steel, while the sterilization chamber and the lid are in AISI 316 stainless steel, mechanically polished. The sterilization cycle is controlled by microprocessor and fully programmable: the temperature and sterilization time can be defined by the user between 101 ºF and 138 ºF and from 1 to 99 minutes respectively. It is allowed to store up to 20 different sterilization cycles. The autoclave has a built-in plotter printer in order to easily control and validate the cycle. It is possible the option 'built-in steam generator' used for heating the sterilization chamber, in this way the time required to reach the temperature is reduced and cleaning operations are facilitated.

Automatic autoclave for the preparation of nutrient media. Steriliz chamber. made of stainless steel AISI316 with capacity from 20 to 500 L, or double chamber. The external chassis is made entirely of stainless steel AISI304. The autoclaves have two temperature probes: one in the sterilization chamber and one in the shirt. The stirring of the culture medium is obtained by means of metal blades with adjustable height with magnetic coupling.A special TKA design device allows to keep the water in continuous motion inside the shirt, allowing a homogeneous temperature and no possibility of overheating. The entire sterilization cycle is controlled by a microcontroller. The AgarClave has 100 fully editable and storable operating programs, with a preview of the temperature graph according to the programmed cycle and the possibility of entering comments for each recipe

Automatic dosing system up to 550 plates/hour complete with culture medium dispensing system, soil dosing tunnel, UV lamp and plate opening and closing device. The Mini Petri can operate with Petri dishes from 50 mm to 150 mm in diameter, the change of size can be made through the simple replacement of the filling tunnel. The system offers the possibility to add additives directly to the culture medium by mixing them directly in line. The unit is supplied complete with a filling tunnel calibrated to work with a specific type of Petri dishes. If it is necessary to work with plates with different sizes, the system must be equipped with an additional dispensing tunnel and the same applies to the stacking unit. The Mini Petri provides two possibilities for the collection of processed plates: either the collection table or the stacking unit that automatically stacks 10 plates at a time.

Maxipeters S and D are automatic culture medium dispensing systems up to 750 plates/hour. TKA produces two models, a double carousel for plate insertion and collection, and a single carousel that performs both functions. The system can handle plates with a diameter between 50 and 100 mm. The dispensing system, consisting of a numerically controlled peristaltic pump, allows you to adjust (continuously) the delivery speed.The rides can contain up to 360 plates depending on the size of the latter. Maxi Petri provides the possibility to add additives (blood or others) directly online. Also you can use the unit’s peristaltic pump in order to fill bottles or vials, outside the machine. The system is managed by a standard industrial PC and requires the use of a touch-screen monitor.Simple and intuitive software interface.All is equipped with dispensing equipment.
