Studiosalvi operates in product design. Sergio Antonio Salvi, architect and product designer, took up the career of designer in the field of the industrial research on plastic, composite and new materials. As an architect and product designer, he then collaborated with architect De Lucchi, taking part in the design of products for companies such as Ciba Vision, Mandarina Duck, Olivetti, Vitra. Contract professor at Politecnico di Milano (Scuola del Design, Poli.design) and Istituto Europeo di Design, in Milan, he is the author of "Plastica Tecnologia Design" which has been introduced by Giulio Castelli, who was the founder of Kartell (Hoepli, 1997; author's nomination at "2002 World Technology Awards"; World Technology Network, New York). After occupying himself with engineering design, he was consultant for several corporations and companies such as Abet Laminati, Ferrero, Granarolo, Schweppes (with A&F), Microsoft Italia (with SPD), Scaroni, Turmix Elektro Apparate.
