Continuous feed linear dryer. Built entirely of thick steel or stainless steel. The hourly treatment capacity is linked to the physical/chemical characteristics of the product to be processed. Automatic computerized control of the entire drying process. Max. internal air temperature 250°C without any risk of caramelization of the product or fire. Mixing of the air flow along the entire process path. Biomass burner with moving grate (optional). Air flow mixing control valves (optional). Reduction of volatile particles by means of a cyclone (optional). Condensation of the output steam and energy recovery (optional). Automatically controlled feeding. Fully automatic.
