The Wheelwasher Masterwash 4 is the new fully automatic wheel washer made by Solving Tech Solution. The washing of the wheels always takes place using the same procedure as the CUBO manual wheel washer, but with the help of the trolleys it allows the automatic loading and subsequent washing of the wheels in a continuous cycle, managed by a software programmable by the operator who controls the programs and cycles washing. Il nostro tunnel lava cassette è interamente costruito in acciaio inox AISI304. Le linee di ugelli ad alta pressione sono regolabili in potenza, posizionati a 360° assicurano un lavaggio ottimale da terra, sabbia e residui di prodotto. Il carter di copertura con tendine gommate permette di controllare la fase di lavaggio ed il posizionamento delle casse, è regolabile manualmente in altezza e larghezza tramite le apposite guide così da sfruttarlo per tutte le tipologie di cassetta. La potenza di lavaggio è controllabile attraverso le apposite valvole, a seconda del livello di sporcizia del prodotto. L'acqua utilizzata viene veicolata in una vasca di raccolta, sottostante l'area di lavaggio, filtrata attraverso l'apposita griglia di drenaggio oltre ad un ulteriore filtro a raccordo in aspirazione alla pompa di ricircolo. La struttura principale e la vasca di riciclo dell'acqua sono entrambe dotate di ruote girevoli con freno, permettendo un facile spostamento e lavaggio del macchinario.

Il nostro impianto di lavaggio ortofrutta IV gamma è interamente costruito in acciaio inox AISI304. Attraverso un sistema di correnti e getti d'acqua crea all'interno della vasca un moto elicoidale che assicura una permanenza adeguata del prodotto così da garantire una pulizia approfondita. Un tamburo rotante, regolabile sia in velocità che in altezza, permette di estrarre eventuali corpi estranei in sospensione. Il sistema di drenaggio dell’acqua, in base alle esigenze del cliente, può avvenire tramite un vaglio vibrante oppure attraverso un nastro trasportatore forato. L'impianto è dotato inoltre di un filtro rotativo con raschiatore in grado di assicurare una pulizia continua dell'acqua senza dover interrompere il ciclo di lavoro.
