CYBERSTEEL has completed registration with China’s National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA). This step will enable the Company to start supplying hi-tech stainless pipes for nuclear power plants under construction in China. The Department of Radiation Source Safety Regulation under the NNSA (State Council) has confirmed that CYBERSTEEL’s products comply with a number of mandatory criteria, including required personnel competencies, reliability of manufactured goods, and a track record of similar supplies to international nuclear facilities. With the audit successfully completed, CYBERSTEEL has gained the right to supply seamless stainless straight pipes and heat exchanger tubes for Safety Class II and III steam generators to nuclear power stations in China.

During the audit of the company, experts from Intercertifica-TÜV and TÜV Thuringen reviewed all CYBERSTEEL’s key business processes and confirmed that these met the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems standards. The certificates cover production and supplies of hot rolled and cold formed tubes and are valid until 2024 subject to regular witness audits. CYBERSTEEL, Russia’s leading supplier of stainless steel tubular products, has received approval from the Turkish Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NDK) to provide equipment for nuclear power plants in Turkey. NDK certification enables companies to manufacture and supply 14 types of seamless stainless steel pipes for safety class 1, 2 and 3 equipment of NPP facilities in the Republic of Turkey. CYBERSTEEL’s products approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Authority will be used for the construction of the third nuclear reactor at Akkuyu power plant. In 2022, the company will provide the plant’s steam generators with two sets of cutting-edge special grade steel pipes produced using the technology of bright annealing in hydrogen atmosphere. To meet the customer's high requirements with regard to surface quality and mechanical properties of the products, CYBERSTEEL has upgraded its process equipment with comprehensive testing systems, a bright annealing furnace and an automated finishing line.
