The founders of Vino D’arte, passionate about art, the great beauty and culture of Le Marche region, supported by small farms family that operate in full respect of nature, was born the idea to bring to the world tastes and the smells of Le Marche region, in particular the wines that are unique, typical and immediately distinguishable under the sensorial profile. The wine from Le Marche region has a unique character, both Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, Passerina and Rosso Piceno, autochthonous grapes varieties of Le Marche, are absolutely recognizable in the midst of a hundred whites and a hundred reds. Today the added value of a wine is precisely this: to make good wines, recognizable and unmistakable at the same time, respecting nature. It also adds the oil of Le Marche which is the result of the combination of different factors: the varietal base, the soil and climatic environment of Le Marche region, the ancient agronomic techniques and, last but not least, the wise milling tradition, with a cold process that guarantees a unique oil. Le Marche is particularly loved for its marvelous and varied naturalistic heritage, made up of splendid hilly landscapes, adorned with alternating vineyards and olive groves and equally splendid coastal realities overlooking the Adriatic.
RISTORANTE LA COPPA DI UGUCCIONI GABRIELLA

Non il classico Ristorante, non una Pizzeria e neanche un Agriturismo… Amiamo definire ‘La Coppa’ un Centro di Degustazione Rurale. La Coppa è amore, passione, sofferenza… Gabriella, Giorgia e il piccolo Cesare (l’Imperatore), continuano oggi quello che Gabriele e Giacomo avevano iniziato e tanto sognato. Tutto ciò che viene servito in tavola è tipicamente e rigorosamente marchigiano, a partire dall’olio extravergine d’oliva, prodotto direttamente dalle famiglie Uguccioni e Brunetti. Una volta seduti a tavola, come se a bordo di una macchina del tempo si comincia a viaggiare alla riscoperta delle antiche tradizioni culinarie delle Marche, e dove copiose libagioni nascono da un connubio tra fantasia e tradizione, tutto nel rispetto della qualità. Una filosofia riversata nella continua ricerca e scelta di carni, formaggi, salumi, legumi, verdure e vini di eccellenza, tutto da produzione artigianale, con un occhio di riguardo ai presidi Slow Food e a tutto ciò che è Bio e Naturale.
